New CRAFTS wholesale Trade Account

In order to qualify as a trade customer, you must be a bricks and mortar store or have an online business with your own URL that trades to the public (e.g. http://www.craftitems.co.uk as appose to http://stores.ebay.co.uk/craftitems). All applications received are carefully considered based on the information given when registering. P.R.Soft Limited reserves the right to accept or reject such information and at its sole discretion shall determine whether such information is adequate to progress an application for the opening of a wholesale account – P.R.Soft Limited. determination shall be final.

We are stritct about CRAFTS wholesale clients being genuine trade customers, this is to protect genuine retailers who stock the products purchased, please consider this before taking the time to complete this application form, as non trade applications ARE refused accounts. More accounts are refused than authorised, if your not trade then please do not waste your time with completing this application.

    Do not select Retail Shop if you are operating from a residential address, a retail shop is a bricks and morter business, open to the public to view and purchase goods. It would also be registered for business rates with the local authority (which we may check as part of your application).

It would help your application if you can show other trade suppliers (from the craft sector) for whom you do business with, please indicate their name and a recent invoice number they have issued you. When we contact them we use the invoice number so they can see that you have provided this information. Please note WE DO contact some or all of your references so only provide companies who you have dealt with recently and who are classed as TRADE suppliers (i.e. they do not supply the general public as well, i.e. Craft Creations or Twidleys). By not filling this section in with the relevant invoice numbers means your application would automatically not be granted. By filling it in you are indicating that you are given us permission to make the required checks with the suppliers.
